1. Before operation, for safety reasons, first check the power system to see if there is any leakage.

2. Before starting the wood chip machine, it is necessary to conduct a trial run, which involves simply rotating the spindle to check if the bearings are running properly. Before installation, check if the gaps between the components are firm, check if the foundation is stable, and reinforce the areas that need to be reinforced.

3. After starting the wood chip machine, it should first run for 2-3 minutes without any abnormalities before feeding.

4. Check if the control switch is effective and ensure that it is in a location that is easy for operators to control, so that any abnormalities can be stopped in a timely manner.

5. Do not stack other debris around or on the machine, only raw materials are sufficient.

6. When feeding, select the size of the raw materials based on the size of the equipment's own feeding port. Wait for all the previous raw materials to enter before placing the second one.

7. After shutting down, clean the equipment thoroughly. Check if the belt is loose or has broken marks. Prepare in advance for next use.
